About Jerry Crotty
I grew up in Jacksonville, FL but have lived in nearly a dozen cities since then.
I started my real estate career after more than 30 years in a variety of roles in higher education, including 13 years at the University of South Carolina.
My family and I moved to the South Carolina Lowcountry 6 years ago from Williamsburg, VA where I was the Assistant Dean of Students at William and Mary. We were drawn here by good schools, a mild climate, proximity to the coast, the history and charms of Charleston and Summerville's small town pace and feel.
The qualities that characterized my work with college and university students are proving as valuable to my real estate clients as they were to students. I'm told people trust my willingness to listen, my community and market knowledge, as well as my creativity and problem solving skills. Combining these with the resources and support network that only the largest realty company in the area can offer is making a difference in the quality of life of a number of families and individuals.
